Ramon is a co-founder and CCO of Ledgnd. The idea for an independent consultancy emerged in 2018, when he was researching growers’ needs and challenges regarding lighting. In 2019, he joined forces with Richard, Matthea, and Joris, and together they laid the groundwork for Ledgnd: an impartial knowledge firm with a strong focus on LED lighting, which has since evolved into an expert in data-driven greenhouse optimization through the MyLedgnd platform.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Ramon is responsible for the company’s commercial strategy. He interprets market signals into smart, applicable solutions that align precisely with what growers truly need. By listening attentively, mapping out requirements clearly, and offering targeted advice, he helps growers make strategic decisions about data, climate, and lighting.
