Drawing on his background as a grower, Joris has an unmatched understanding of practical challenges in the field. He has a keen sense of the issues growers face and transforms market threats into opportunities for innovation.

Within Ledgnd, Joris is responsible for strategic partnerships and innovation. He brings stakeholders together, identifies where collaboration adds value, and helps develop new solutions that align with the sector’s needs. With his entrepreneurial spirit and sharp market insight, he plays a key role in translating hands-on knowledge into future-proof cultivation strategies.
