Matthea is a co-founder of Ledgnd and, together with Ramon, Richard, and Joris, played a central role in establishing the company. Originally focused on LED lighting solutions for greenhouse horticulture, the business has since developed into a recognized leader in data-driven crop management and greenhouse optimization.

Since June 2025, Matthea has served as CEO of Ledgnd. In this position, she is responsible for guiding the company through its next phase of international growth and further strengthening its organizational structure. With a clear focus on innovation and market trends, she works alongside her team to build a sustainable future for greenhouse horticulture.
