Naomi works as a Project Manager at Ledgnd. She visits growers and assesses their greenhouses to develop tailored lighting recommendations. In addition, she assists with subsidy applications and, together with her colleague Jordi, oversees purchasing processes from start to finish. For growers, she serves as the primary point of contact for any questions or ongoing projects.

With her structured approach and keen eye for detail, Naomi ensures that each project runs smoothly and that no opportunity is overlooked. Naomi is also part of the marketing team, where she uses her practical knowledge to bring content and campaigns closer to the world of growers.
